Guidelines

Cancellation Policy:

To avoid charges if you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 3-12 hours notice. We understand that emergency do come up and a cancellation fee may be charged with insufficient notice.

Shadow

Cell Phone Courtesy:

Cell phones can be invasive and diminish the serenity of the Center. We ask that you silence your phone upon entering. If you have to take a call, kindly step outside.

Children:

We do not have the facilities for children under the age of eighteen in the waiting room. We are committed to providing a serene, restful environment to enhance the time our clients spend in the Center.

We will provide services for children under the age of eighteen with written parental consent.

Discounts:

Discounts are for one use per person and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are non-refundable and typically expire in a year unless otherwise designated.

Monday-Friday: 10am - 7pm; Saturday: 10am - 2pm; Closed Sunday

Scheduled Appointment:

We take pride in valuing your time and never rushing you. Therefore, as a courtesy to everyone and to get the full benefit of your visit, we thank you for being prompt. Late arrivals can only get the time remaining time of our appointment.

Payment:

We accept cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at the time of your visit. We do not bill insurance companies but will provide a receipt for massage therapy so that you may be able to submit for reimbursement. Please note that many insurance companies will not cover massage, and those that do will generally only cover it if it is medically prescribed.
